Polelove produced a Pole Dancing calendar to raise money and awareness for reasearch into Cancer in the UK. Thanks to some wonderful people the calendar launched at a fantastic party on Thursday 01 November 2007.
My inspiration for the calendar was a good friend of mine, Sandy Walpole was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and her strength and bravery has shown me that you do not need to be a victim. It is important to stay focused and positive. Thank you to Sandy for being a great friend and inspirational person. Thank you to everyone involved for making this project so successful, the dancers, photographers and designers. The calendars are now available to buy in the UK. The £14 sale price goes to the charity as the production costs were covered by sponsorship, donations and fund raising.
